Using this site
You are welcome to read this site, print from it, and share links to it. You may not copy its text, drawings, photographs or code for use elsewhere without our permission, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to send us anything unlawful.
What the information here is, and is not
This site describes what WZC Networking does and how the work is normally carried out. It is general information about in-building wireless and low-voltage infrastructure, written to be useful before you have engaged anyone.
It is not an engineering opinion about your building, and nothing on it is a substitute for a survey, a grid test, or a determination by your authority having jurisdiction. Code requirements vary by jurisdiction and by edition, and the AHJ decides what applies to your building, not a website, and not a vendor.
Quotes, scopes and proposals
Nothing here is an offer to contract. Prices, turnaround times and scopes described on this site are typical rather than promised, and a figure becomes a commitment only in a written quote or agreement signed by WZC.
Where this site describes something as fixed-price, that means the price is fixed once the scope is established by survey, which is the point of doing the survey first.
Results and case studies
The projects described on this site happened and the figures in them are real. They describe what was achieved in those buildings, under those conditions, and they are not a prediction about yours. Every building is a different RF environment; that is the reason this firm measures before it designs.
Third-party names and links
Manufacturer and platform names on this site, and the names of standards and codes, belong to their owners and are used to say what we work with. Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it says.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, WZC Networking LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on general information published here.
Nothing in this paragraph limits any obligation WZC owes you under a signed agreement, and nothing in it limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of that state.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page says when we last did.
